I'm traveling currently and thought I'd give this a try. The rates are okay (albeit very variable but I guess that's out of their control to an extent) but much worse is that it is now randomly logging data usage increments of exactly 32MB multiple times a day. My own phone isn't picking up anything like this usage and I don't have any apps that will be using this data. Have turned off the balance refresh and will be relying on local sims only now, and store this for absolute emergencies.

For instance, a 74MB usage might reflect as two 32MB transactions and one 10MB transaction. Rest assured, charges only apply to the actual data consumed. It is not what you expect. There is a SIM but there is no number with it; you must rent a number of you want to make calls or send SMS. The rental is for a fee (so actually it is not true that this service doesn't charge regular fees: it does if you want to use it for the features advertised). They also advertise free incoming calls, but read carefully: only when connected to WiFi (LoL). If you don't rent a number then all you get is mobile data connection which is very slow (1.19/0.27 Mbps).

Sergey, hello! By default, there is only internet access, which is what most of our subscribers want. But we know some of our subscribers also need to make phone calls and send SMS. It will be available after renting a number. The connection speed depends on many factors. We recommend contacting customer support for that.

Fraud and identity theft. Advertises a client may use their sim to make calls.After paying 25euro the sim does not provide an ability to make calls. They insist I have to "rent a phone number", however, support answers the "phone number rent is not available at the time". Moreover, in comments they insist I can use the sim for an internet access. However, it doesn't work either - support answer "you must have wifi connection. +They require full scans of passport to activate - like ID theft
