Once you’ve signed up and joined Papa Murphy’s Rewards program, you’ll earn a point for every dollar you spend! When ordering online, just make sure you are signed in and it will automatically track your points. If you order in-store or over the phone, you have a few options. If you remember, you can get the store to look up your account by your phone number, or by providing the code from your Earn page on the mobile app. If you forget, don’t worry! There will also be a code at the bottom of your receipt that you can scan or enter on your Earn page as well.

Once you’ve earned enough points to unlock rewards, you’ll have the option to redeem in-store or online. To redeem in-store, load your rewards points on the Papa Murphy’s Pizza app and click “Redeem In-Store”. You’ll be given a QR code and a 7-digit numerical code. At participating stores, you can simply show them your QR code to scan. If they don’t have a scanner, read them the 7 digit code to apply your reward. If you are ordering online or in the app, log in to your Papa Murphy’s Rewards account and you will see your available rewards at the top of the page.

Papa Murphy’s Rewards cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts. To redeem a reward, ensure that an eligible item is in your cart before selecting “Redeem” and that you have not entered any other coupon codes.

We believe our guests care about how their food is sourced. Papa Murphy’s is committed to the health, welfare, and responsible raising and handling of animals in our supply chain by partnering with suppliers that hold the same shared values to animal welfare. While we do not directly engage in raising or processing animals, Papa Murphy’s is a purchaser of meat and dairy ingredients. As such, we believe it is our obligation to ensure that each of our suppliers meets or exceeds government regulations and standards pertaining to the humane treatment of animals. All chicken products used in Papa Murphy’s Canadian locations are sourced from broiler chicken raised in Canada. With respect to the care and handling of chickens, Canadian chicken farmers implement a national, auditable, and enforced Animal Care Program. This program covers issues of feed and water availability, density, litter management, health care practices, bird monitoring and environmental conditions among other areas. Papa Murphy’s suppliers work in conjunction with the Chicken Farmers of Canada (CFC) and adhere to standards through the CFC. As part of our animal welfare standards, we are working closely with our suppliers to align with the Global Animal Partnership’s (GAP) and Better Chicken Commitment (BCC) Better Chicken Project. • Stocking Density - Ensuring stacking density with litter monitored daily and cleaned after each flock. • Lighting - Lighting provided for visual inspections and adequate periods of rest. • Processing – Multi-step controlled- atmosphere processing system, with CO2 anesthetization. • Third-Party Auditing – 2nd and 3rd party audits on an annual basis. • Transportation – Less than 8 hours. We are proud of the partnerships we have with our suppliers to meet our commitments to the humane treatment of animals. We know we cannot accomplish this alone and align with our suppliers, and the industry, to continue to move in a progressive and positive direction.
