RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Your order passes through our processing system immediately after it is placed in order to ship it to you as fast as possible. Therefore, the system doesn't allow for changes or cancelations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment!

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No modification can be made (product, size or colour) to an order that has already been placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item. Unfortunately, an item cannot be returned if a size or colour doesn’t suit you. An item can only be returned if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.


SHIPPING 

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THELASTHUNT.COM AND ALTITUDE-SPORTS.COM AT THE SAME TIME, CAN THEY BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

TheLastHunt.com is a partner site of Altitude-sports.com, but they are still two separate companies. The systems are different and Altitude-sports.com employees are unable to know that you have placed an order on TheLastHunt.com and vice versa.

THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT FOR FREE SHIPPING IS LOWER TODAY THAN WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER YESTERDAY. CAN I BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING?

If the order amount for free shipping decreases after you've already placed your order, we cannot refund the shipping costs. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount required to receive free shipping depending on different promotions.


PRICE POLICY 

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and PayPal payments. Please note that we do not currently accept payment by Interac, prepaid credit cards or Visa debit cards. Please note that orders over $1,500 will not be accepted. An order cannot contain more than two units of the same style valued at $100 or more, in the same size and colour.

A PRODUCT I BOUGHT YESTERDAY IS CHEAPER TODAY. CAN I BE CREDITED THE DIFFERENCE?

Unfortunately, if the price of an item on TheLastHunt.com dropped after you placed your order, we are unable to match the price. If you were able to order the size and colour you wanted yesterday, that’s already pretty lucky, as stock sells fast here.

A PRODUCT ON THELASTHUNT.COM IS CHEAPER ON ANOTHER SITE. CAN YOU ADJUST YOUR PRICE?

We are unable to adjust our prices based on any competitor, for new or past orders.

WILL MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK WHILE A SITEWIDE PROMOTION IS RUNNING?

Promotions and discount codes can't be combined. Therefore, we reserve the right to enable or disable discount codes depending on the current promotion.

IF I’M A MEMBER OF ALTITUDE-SPORTS.COM, CAN I GET MY 5% DISCOUNT ON THIS SITE?

Unfortunately, no. TheLastHunt.com is a partner site of Altitude-sports.com, but is a completely different business with different products and services.

As they are discontinued, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the same product in the colour and size you are looking for.
