All products sold by us are new, and have the longest expiry date available. Products which we sell are manufactured in the same factories, with the same ingredients as those sold under the same name in the USA and Canada. To keep costs low, products are sourced from all over the world including Australia, England, Canada and South Africa. This means that the packaging may be slightly different to that available in stores in North America. For example, weights and measurements may be in metric. However all instructions for use and safety notices are written in English and all products are sourced from authorised dealers holding all necessary licenses and certifications in their home country.

Delivery
We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you by email. Most of our orders arrive in 7 to 10 days, however in some rare circumstances, some orders are held up in customs and can take up to 28 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 28 days of order, please contact our call center.
Please note, we are not responsible for delivery issues where a customer gives us incorrect or incomplete address details or if your order is stopped and destroyed, delayed or returned by any government authority. Please also ensure that there is a safe and secure place for our delivery partners to leave your parcel. We accept no responsibility for, and will not give any refund for, orders which are lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced once delivered to your address.
Our 28 day delivery guarantee does not apply to deliveries delayed due to significant strike action, bad weather or other factors outside our control which delay the postal service.
Covid 19 Delivery Guarantee Notice: The terms and conditions of our delivery guarantee specifically exclude delays to the postal service which are outside our control and the current Covid 19 Pandemic falls within that exclusion. Given the unprecedented delays to delivery the Pandemic has caused, you now need to allow up to 45 days for your order to be delivered and our delivery guarantee will not apply and no refunds or reships will be given until that 45 day period has passed.
